Lighting
Goal - Replace 80+ switches with a coordinated keypad and scene system across three floors.
Installed - Lutron HomeWorks QSX, Tunable-white circadian primary suite, Outdoor facade and landscape lighting.
Result - A single 4-button keypad in each room. Vacation, dinner, movie and goodnight scenes for the entire home.

Home Theater
Goal - Build a true reference-grade cinema in a finished basement without compromising ceiling height.
Installed - JVC laser projection, Acoustically transparent 130 inch screen, 9.4.4 Dolby Atmos, Custom riser seating.
Result - A cinema that holds its own against any commercial room and disappears behind millwork between viewings.

Goal - Discreet perimeter security and access control across a 9,000 sq ft oceanfront estate.
Installed - 12-camera Ubiquiti perimeter, On-site NVR, Yale smart locks, Aiphone video intercom at gate.
Result - Complete situational awareness from a single app, with all recording staying on the property.

Result - The owners can verify doors, temperature, water risk and exterior activity from one interface while cleaners and family use scheduled access codes.

Goal - Coordinate large glass elevations with privacy, glare control and clean evening lighting scenes.
Installed - Lutron motorized shades, Engraved lighting keypads, Sunset privacy schedules, Goodnight and away scenes.
Result - The home keeps bay views open during the day, protects interiors from afternoon glare and transitions to privacy automatically at dusk.

Outdoor Living
Goal - Extend reliable music, Wi-Fi and camera visibility across a lagoon-side outdoor entertaining area.
Installed - Outdoor access points, Weather-rated speaker zones, Patio and dock cameras, Network rack cleanup.
Result - The owners can stream music across the deck and dock, keep strong Wi-Fi outdoors and monitor the property during rental turnover.
