We walk the property (or review plans), document existing systems and align on scope, aesthetics and budget.

Within 7 - 14 days you receive a fixed-scope proposal with drawings, equipment specs and a transparent timeline.

- How quickly will I hear back?
- Inquiries submitted Monday through Friday receive a personal response within one business day. Weekend submissions are answered first thing Monday morning.
- What happens during a consultation?
- We spend 45 to 60 minutes understanding your home, your daily routines and the experience you want. For active projects we'll review architectural plans, walk the property and outline a preliminary scope and budget range.
- Is there a consultation fee?
- Initial discovery calls are complimentary. On-site design walkthroughs for projects over $25k are also complimentary; smaller scopes carry a refundable design retainer credited toward installation.
- Do you work with my architect, builder or designer?
- Yes. We routinely partner with South Jersey builders, architects and interior designers, and we provide full coordination drawings before framing or rough-in.
- What if I already have equipment installed?
- We support a wide range of platforms and can audit, repair or expand existing systems, including taking over orphaned installations from previous integrators.
- How do I reach support after install?
- Every client receives priority support contact details, remote diagnostics and a 24/7 emergency line for active service plans.
